Abstract(s)
O presente relatório de estágio enquadra-se no 2º ano do mestrado em Psicologia do Trabalho e das Organizações lecionado pela Universidade Católica Portuguesa – Faculdade de Filosofia e Ciências Sociais e decorreu nos Transportes Urbanos de Braga, no departamento de recursos humanos no período compreendido entre Outubro de 2014 a Junho de 2015.
O estágio curricular teve como objetivo aplicar os conhecimentos adquiridos ao longo do mestrado, contribuindo para a obtenção de experiência e competências profissionais e reflexão sobre as práticas e aprendizagens em contexto de trabalho.
Este relatório divide-se em três capítulos. No primeiro, encontra-se descrita a empresa Transportes Urbanos de Braga, no segundo, a importância do psicólogo do trabalho e das organizações. A terceira e última parte, reporta-se à descrição das atividades realizadas no estágio e uma conclusão final sobre o estágio.
This internship report is part of the 2nd year of the Masters degree in Work Psychology and Organizational qualified by the Portuguese Catholic University - University of Philosophy and Social Sciences and held in the human resources department in TUB – Urban Transports of Braga, between October 2014 to June 2015. The aim of the traineeship was to apply the knowledge acquired during the masters, contributing to gain experience and professional skills as well as reflections on the practices and knowledge’s in the workplace. This report is divided into three sections. In the first section, is a brief description of the Urban Transports of Braga, in the second section, the importance of the psychologist work and organizations. The third and final part, relates to the description of the activities performed on traineeship and a final conclusion on the traineeship.
