O presente relatório pretende descrever o percurso que realizei, nos estágios instituídos pelo plano de estudos, do Curso de Mestrado em Enfermagem de Natureza Profissional na área de Especialização em Enfermagem Médico-Cirúrgica, da Universidade Católica Portuguesa/ Instituto de Ciências da Saúde.
O Módulo I – Serviço de Urgência, foi-me creditado pelo Conselho Científico da UCP/ICS, por ter desenvolvido competências nesta área, no período compreendido entre junho de 2006 até ao momento presente, no Hospital da Luz.
Frequentei o Módulo II – Cuidados Intensivos/Intermédios, na UCI de Cirurgia Cardiotorácica do Hospital de Santa Marta e o Módulo III – Módulo (Enfermagem Perioperatória) no Bloco Operatório do Serviço de Urgência Central do Hospital de Santa Maria.
Este relatório tem como objetivos: descrever as atividades desenvolvidas em cada estágio de forma a dar resposta aos objetivos previamente definidos e refletir sobre situações problema em contexto da prática clínica e respetiva intervenção.
Ao longo do trabalho desenvolvido no decurso dos estágios, os referenciais teóricos de Meleis, Pender e Lopes contribuíram para sustentar as minhas intervenções, e para o desenvolvimento de competências e enriquecimento profissional e pessoal no âmbito da Especialidade em Enfermagem Médico-Cirúrgica.
This report is intended to describe my personal route taken in the context of on the job training recommended by the syllabus for the Master’s degree in Nursing of a Professional Nature in the area of specialization in Medical-Surgical Nursing, the Portuguese Catholic University / Institute of Health Sciences. Module I - Emergency Department was accredited to me by the Scientific Council of the UCP / ICS, for having developed expertise in this area from june 2006 until now, at the Hospital da Luz. I attended Module II - Intensive Care / Intermediate, in the ICU cardiothoracic surgery of the Lisbon Central Hospital - Hospital de Santa Marta and Module III - Optional Module (peroperative nursing) in the Operating Room of the Central Emergency Services of the Lisbon North Hospital - Hospital de Santa Maria. The aims of this report are to: describe the activities in each training in order to meet the objectives previously defined; consider problem situations in the context of clinical practice and their intervention. In the period during the job training, the theorical referencial of Meleis, Pender e Lopes contributed unequivocally for suporting my nursing interventions and for skills development and to my professional and personal enrichment as part of the Specialization in Medical-Surgical Nursing.
