| dc.description.abstract | No âmbito do Curso de Mestrado em Enfermagem, na área de Especialização em Enfermagem Médico-Cirúrgica Cirúrgica: na área de enfermagem à Pessoa em Situação Crítica e na Unidade Curricular “Estágio Final e Relatório”, surge a elaboração do presente documento com o objetivo de descrever as competências adquiridas/desenvolvidas através de estágios em Serviço de Urgência e em Unidade de Cuidados Intensivos, tendo em vista a obtenção do título profissional de Enfermeira Especialista em Enfermagem Médico Cirúrgica e grau académico de mestre. Por esta razão, o trabalho final assenta numa metodologia crítico-reflexiva e sobre a prática clínica nos locais de estágio que realizei. Defino a minha intervenção na aquisição de competências de Enfermeira Especialista, na perspetiva de responder à Pessoa e sua Família, com intervenções de enfermagem classificadas no seu resultado, como ações que promovem, que recuperam ou facilitam a saúde da díade Pessoa/Família. O fenómeno transversal do relatório, concorreu para as competências de mestre, diz respeito às “Intervenções da equipa multidisciplinar na Via Aérea Difícil na pessoa em situação crítica” que, aliás, motivou muitas das atividades desenvolvidas nos estágios. Este documento engloba, não só elaboração de uma síntese de evidência sobre o fenómeno supracitado, mas também o relatório dos estágios que realizei nos diferentes contextos de prática clínica, estabelecendo uma abordagem direta sobre a intervenção do Enfermeiro Especialista. Este é visto como um modelo de ação e um agente de mudança a seguir na abordagem avançada à Pessoa/Família e, finalmente, a ser tido em linha de conta como uma referência na prestação de cuidados de excelência. | pt_PT |
| dc.description.abstract | Within the scope of the Master's Degree in Nursing, in the area of Specialization in Medical Surgical-Surgical Nursing: in the area of nursing of Critically Ill Person, the present report was made with the objective of describing the skills developed/acquired through various activities during the emergency unit internship and in an intensive care unit internship with the objective of obtaining the title of Specialist Nurse in Medical-Surgical Nursing. For this reason, the final work is based on a critical-reflexive methodology and on the clinical practice of the internship places I chose. I define my intervention within the acquisition of skills as a Specialist Nurse, responding to the Person and their Family, with nursing interventions classified according to their result, as actions that promote the recovery or facilitate the health of the Person/Family dyad. The transversal theme of the report, which competed for the master's skills, concerns the “Interventions of the multidisciplinary team of the Difficult Airway in the person in a critical situation”, which in fact motivated many of the activities carried out in the internships. This work includes not only the elaboration of a research work, on the aforementioned topic, but also the report of the internships that I performed in the different contexts of nursing care, establishing a direct approach to the intervention of the Specialist Nurse. This is seen as a model of action and an agent of change to be followed in the advanced approach to the Person/Family and, finally, to be taken into account as a reference in the provision of excellent care. | pt_PT |
