O relatório de estágio faz parte do plano de trabalho preconizado no Curso de Mestrado
com Especialização em Saúde Mental e Psiquiátrica, no qual foi utilizada a metodologia
empírica, fundamentada pela reflexão e revisão bibliográfica, necessária e subjacente.
Com este documento pretende-se descrever e avaliar os resultados obtidos decorrentes
da prática do Estágio. Este relatório surge como uma proposta para discussão pública,
com o intuito de obter o Grau de Mestre em Enfermagem, futuramente.
Desenvolve-se abrangendo não só os campos de estágio, como também os objectivos
delineados que serviram de base ao estágio de forma a optimizar o planeamento e
definição de todos os passos para a organização e orientação de toda a formação. Desta
forma, pode melhorar-se e aprofundar-se os cuidados de saúde prestados ao utente,
contribuindo para uma melhoria da sua Saúde Mental. Para além do mais, nada disto
faria sentido se não houvesse o propósito de alcançar e de ajudar cada um a obter o bem
- estar, ou seja, a alcançar o equílibrio entre a saúde mental e física.
Na escolha dos campos de estágio esteve envolvida uma linha orientadora, para
organização de ideias, objectivos, actividades planeadas e executadas. Assim, foram
desenvolvidos os estágios no PIAC, Projecto Integrado de Apoio à Comunidade, e no
S.I.I., Serviço de Intervenção Intensiva no Hospital de Magalhães Lemos, por serem
serviços extremamente abrangentes, no que diz respeito a intervenções de Saúde
Mental.
O objectivo primordial de toda esta especialização foi a obtenção e o alargamento de
competências a nível profissional e pessoal, no que ao utente e à Saúde Mental
concerne, para uma aplicação à prática profissional.
The internship report is part of the work plan recommended by the Specialization Master in Mental and Psychiatric Health, in which empirical method was used, based on necessary and underlying reflexion as well as bibliographical revision. This document intends to describe and evaluate the results from the internship practice. This report is also, in a certain way, a proposal for a public discussion aiming to obtain the Nursing Master Degree, in the future. It covers not only the internship fields, but also the outlined goals which based this internship in order to optimize the planning and the definition of all the steps towards the organization and orientation of all the training. This way it is possible to probe health care to the patient contributing to a better Mental Health. However, none of this would make sense if it was not the purpose of achieving and helping each individual to obtain his welfare, in other words, to achieve balance between mental and physical health. There was a guiding line, when the internship fields were chosen, to a better idea organization, goal achievement and to plan and execute the different activities. Therefore, some internship was made at PIAC - Projecto Integrado de Apoio à Comunidade (Community Support Integrated Project), and S.I.I., Serviço de Intervenção Intensiva (Intensive Intervention Service) at de Magalhães Lemos Hospital, for being totally embracing in what Mental Health interventions are concerned. The main goal of this specialization was to obtain extended professional and personal capacities and, concerning the Mental Health Patient, to enforce Professional practice.
