The electrification of the automobile is an increasingly present and highly ambitious path that the industry is taking at a breakneck pace. The future really belongs to electric cars, becoming naturally present in our daily lives, making it increasingly accessible to millions of people. We can and must question the various factors that still cause concern among consumers, such as price, autonomy, charging network, and even doubt whether current technology, namely, whether batteries, will really dominate the market in the long run. However, we cannot doubt that the design of cleaner mobility may still involve continuing to invest in fossil fuels for much longer. In order to reduce levels of air pollution in metropolitan areas, several countries have been creating incentives for consumers to choose electric vehicles within cities. Thus, in order to provide information for product improvement, a study was conducted in the form of a survey, which resulted in a sample of 402 respondents, in order to understand the needs of users of electric vehicles and their useful opinion in product. The results show that users point out as main concerns the weak network of charging stations available, followed by a limitation on autonomy. These results can help the automotive industry to develop new models based on the consumer's need in order to meet their expectations, leading to greater satisfaction and adherence to electric mobility.
