Abstract(s)
The present study has as main objective to understand the role that rewards systems exercise on well-being at work. Additionally, the aim is to understand the moderator role of age in the relationship between rewards systems and well-being at work. To collect data, an online questionnaire survey was sent through e-mail and through social networks to potential participants. Data were collected through a sample of 81 subjects. As a result of the data analysis, the subjects' perception about the rewards system of the company where they work, as well as their well-being at work, was obtained. For the treatment of the data, the statistical analysis of the data was performed using the Pearson correlation and linear regression techniques. The results allow us to conclude that there is a positive relationship between the rewards system and well-being at work. However, contrary to expectations, age does not have a moderating effect on the relationship between satisfaction with the rewards system and well-being at work.
