Abstract(s)
stakeholders.
The adoption of Corporate Social Responsibility measures has progressively gained greater importance for companies over time. By multiplying the challenges to which companies are currently subject are increasingly those that apply corporate measures that impact all stakeholders. Despite the growing interest in the concept, existing studies focus mainly on a macro perspective, neglecting the impact on the internal corporate dimension the employees. Thus, throughout this study the influence of the perceptions of Corporate Social Responsibiliy is analyzed in a specific context, the consultant INOVA +. To achieve this the relationship between the perceptions of corporate social responsibility and the perceptions on the psychological capital and the job satisfaction of the employees of the consultant was evaluated. Additionally, the relationship of psychological capital was tested with satisfaction at work. In this case study a mixed approach was chosen to aggregate the data collected in questionnaire, with the data collected in an interview and especially with observations obtained during the curricular internship. The internship takes on a key role in this analysis, as it provided an internal experience that facilitated the assignment of practical meaning to the data. The results of this empirical study show that, in the context of the company already cited, the constructs in study have a positive relationship with each other. In this way, proposals for improvement were built so that the corporate responsibility measures taken in the company cover all its dimensions and that they are a means to increase the level of psychological capital and the satisfaction of the talent of Consultant.
