| dc.description.abstract | A presente dissertação assenta numa análise do regime da dedutibilidade em IRC, nomeadamente comparar o teor do artigo 23.º antes da alteração e pós alteração que foi feita em 2014, resultante da Comissão para a Reforma do IRC. O objetivo centra-se assim, na questão de saber se fruto dessa alteração, o entendimento sobre a matéria da dedutibilidade dos gastos das empresas é diferente daquele que tem vindo a ser feito. | dc.description.abstract | This dissertation is based on an analysis of the IRC deductibility regime, namely comparing the content of article 23 before the amendment and post amendment that was made in 2014, resulting from the IRC Reform Commission. The objective is thus focused on the question of whether due to this change, the understanding on the matter of deductibility of corporate expenses is different from what has been done.
