Abstract(s)
O contexto em que uma sociedade está inserida ditará sua cultura. Coloca-se, portanto, que
todas as áreas da vida e das atividades desempenhadas em sociedade serão influenciadas por
essa cultura. Sabedores disso, não poderíamos, de maneira alguma, desvencilhar as novas
tecnologias que afetaram os comportamentos sociais nos últimos anos da atividade acadêmica
da qual fazemos parte. A presente investigação foi realizada tendo em vista a análise pessoal
sobre a presença dessas novas formas de interação, como são vistas em sala de aula e como
podem ser observadas. Além disso, recebem destaque a gestão e as práticas do ensino que são
realizadas e consideradas fatores de catalisação de tal estudo. O objetivo foi entender como as
práticas de ensino observadas estão alinhadas com essa nova conjuntura social. A instituição
de ensino superior (IES), dentro desse contexto, tem sido um ambiente fértil para se refletir
acerca de gestão, metodologia e inovação, pois apresenta uma estrutura burocrática, cujos
processos são realizados diariamente. Cada um desses processos tem uma fonte de orientação
que o explica e o define. Diante disso, sabemos quão importante é o papel do docente nesse
processo, pois ele levará essa atualização à sala de aula. Contudo, para que isso ocorra, essa
mudança de perfil tem que ser observada no professor enquanto agente de transformação. Isso
gerou uma nova resposta por parte dos alunos, a qual nos ajudou a entender como eles
recebem essa inovação e quais resultados são gerados. A inovação que nos permeia,
atualmente, é um desafio a ser vivido e acompanhado. Por isso, não pode ser deixado de lado
no que diz respeito às atividades docentes. Considerando esse cenário, realizamos uma
pesquisa exploratória, com aplicação de questionário destinado aos alunos e professores do
curso de Gestão Hospitalar da faculdade privada brasileira Laboro, situada em São Luís
(Maranhão/Brasil). O questionário foi composto por perguntas objetivas e subjetivas
relacionadas à gestão, inovação e métodos de ensino. Ao final, foram obtidas 112 respostas de
alunos e 28 respostas de professores. A coleta de dados ocorreu entre os meses de julho a
outubro de 2017. Segundo os alunos respondentes, a interação entre aluno e professor é algo
importante e que reflete tanto na aprendizagem quanto no fator motivacional no decorrer da
disciplina. A inovação, do ponto de vista discente, tem que ser implementada em sala de aula
com mais frequência, como através da metodologia de ensino. Os alunos afirmam que esse é
um fator preponderante para a retenção de informação, além de ser um estímulo para
aprendizagem. Podemos inferir que, a cada dia, novas tecnologias são adotadas e há um
anseio crescente pela sua utilização por parte dos alunos, de forma a tornar os ambientes
acadêmicos mais próximos do mundo atual em que nós vivemos
The context in which a society is inserted will dictate its culture, we understand that in all areas of life and the activities performed in society will be influenced by this culture, knowing that we could not in any way remove the new technologies that have affected social behaviors in the last years of the academic activity of which we are part. The present work was done considering personal analysis of how present these new forms of interaction are seen in the classroom and how we can observe them, just as management and teaching practices are carried out, one of the catalyzing factors of such study was to seek to understand how observed teaching practices are aligned with this new social conjuncture. The institution of higher education within this context has been a fertile environment to reflect on management, methodology and innovation, because it presents a bureaucratic structure where processes are performed daily and each of these processes have a source of guidance that explains and defines. In this we know how important is the role of the teacher in this process because he will take this update to the classroom scenario and for this to happen, this profile change has to be observed in the teacher as a transformation agent. This generated a new response from the students that with their answers helped us to understand how they receive this innovation and what results they generate. The innovation that permeates us today is something challenging to be lived and followed and can not be left aside with regard to the activities of the students, in this scenario was applied one with students and teachers about various aspects that involve the subject in roga, the students responded that the interaction between student and teacher is something important that reflects both in learning and in the motivational factor in the course of the discipline, innovation from the point of view of the students has to be increasingly implemented in the classroom and they wish that this is used more frequently and the teaching methodology is incorporated because they affirm that this is a preponderant factor both for retention of information besides being a stimulus for learning. We can understand that more and more new technologies are being adopted and there is an increasing desire for more use by students, making academic environments closer to the current world in which we live.
