Abstract(s)
A cultura e o comportamento organizacional definem aquilo que é uma organização e o que
representa para os seus colaboradores. Como os dois conceitos estão estreitamente ligados,
sofrem alterações em simultâneo sempre que existe a presença de mudanças nas
organizações. A utilização de uma tecnologia é um indicador de mudança social e cultural.
Sendo as organizações feitas de e para pessoas, o seu conforto, satisfação e integração são
elementos prioritários numa organização para que isso se traduza num desempenho positivo,
o que se torna numa vantagem competitiva.
A comunicação deixou de fazer parte dos bastidores e passou a ser atriz principal das
organizações, assumindo o papel relevante de mediadora entre a organização e os seus
colaboradores. Com a crescente implementação das novas tecnologias na sociedade, a
dinâmica organizacional mudou e a comunicação interna digital ocupou um lugar de
destaque na estratégia de comunicação das organizações, graças a algumas das suas virtudes:
rapidez, simplicidade e flexibilidade.
A Intranet é um bom exemplo do que referi, já que possui a capacidade de interligar
indivíduos, independentemente do espaço geográfico, permitindo uma interação dinâmica.
O presente estudo tem como objetivo geral perceber qual o significado que a Intranet da
Unicer tem para os seus colaboradores, analisando se esta se encontra em sintonia com as
suas necessidades e expectativas e qual é o seu contributo como promotora de motivação, de
forma a estimular uma participação ativa e um envolvimento constante na dinâmica
organizacional.
The culture and organizational behavior define what is an organization and what it represents for its employees. As the two concepts are closely linked, are altered simultaneously where there is the presence of changes in organizations. In fact, the use of a technology is a social and cultural change indicator. As organizations made of and by people, their comfort, satisfaction and integration are priority elements in an organization so that it would result in a positive performance, which becomes a competitive advantage. Communication is no longer part of the scenes and became a leading actress of the organizations, assuming the role of mediator between the organization and its employees. With the increasing encroachment of new technologies in society, organizational dynamics changed and the digital internal communication occupied a prominent place in the communication strategy of the organizations thanks to some of its virtues: speed, simplicity and flexibility. The Intranet is a good example of what I mentioned, since it has the ability to connect individuals, regardless of geographic space, allowing a dynamic interaction. This study has the general objective to realize what meaning the Intranet Unicer has for employees, analyzing whether this is in line with their needs and expectations and what is your contribution as a promoter of motivation, in order to stimulate participation active and constant involvement in organizational dynamics.
