| dc.description.abstract | Com o desenvolvimento dos serviços de Financiamento Colaborativo, os legisladores tiveram de acompanhar esta figura, de forma a, por um lado, protegerem os seus intervenientes, e, por outro, manterem o mercado financeiro equilibrado. A figura do Financiamento Colaborativo nas modalidades de empréstimo e de capital é acompanhada de diversos riscos para os investidores, cuja identificação e caracterização constituem um dos núcleos desta dissertação. Para o efeito, teremos de entender o conceito de Financiamento Colaborativo, as suas modalidades, tipos de sujeitos usualmente envolvidos, vantagens e riscos. Depois de identificados e caracterizados os riscos, o trabalho centra-se na apresentação e análise das medidas de proteção dos investidores presentes na legislação em vigor para o Financiamento Colaborativo, tanto no plano nacional como no europeu. | pt_PT |
| dc.description.abstract | With the development of crowdfunding services, legislators have had to keep up with it in order to protect its players on the one hand and keep the financial market balanced on the other. The figure of crowdfunding in the form of loans and capital is accompanied by various risks for investors, the identification and characterisation of which is one of the focuses of this dissertation. To do this, we need to understand the concept of crowdfunding, its modalities, the types of people usually involved, its advantages and risks. Once the risks have been identified and characterised, the work focuses on presenting and analysing the investor protection measures contained in the legislation in force for crowdfunding, both at national and european level. | pt_PT |
