| dc.description.abstract | Este relatório tem como objetivo explicar através de uma análise crítica, o percurso efetuado durante os três Módulos da Unidade Curricular Estágio, para que fossem adquiridas competências como Enfermeira Especialista em Saúde Mental e Psiquiátrica. Com a sua leitura, conhece-se o propósito das atividades desenvolvidas ao longo dos três locais de Estágio, em redor da temática do Empoderamento do outro através da relação. No âmbito do Módulo II: Intervenção na crise realizei o acolhimento, promovi o ambiente terapêutico e realizei dois estudos de caso, onde tive capacidade de estruturar diagnósticos, intervenções, e refletir sobre os resultados. Com base na relação de ajuda, e através do processo de resolução de problemas. Colaborei nas atividades de grupo e na sua implementação, através de formação e divulgação do trabalho da equipa, a fim de aumentar a motivação da mesma. Através da consulta de enfermagem, colaborei na implementação de empoderamento do cliente, com a relação de ajuda e psicoeducação. No Módulo I, assentei os meus objetivos na relação com o outro, numa perspetiva individual e em grupo, alargando os conceitos assentes no PNSM 2007-2016. Realizei entrevistas, elaborei sessões de promoção para a saúde e prevenção de recaídas tendo em conta a relação/empoderamento. Tive a capacidade de explorar diferentes conceções de saúde / doença associados ao contexto social / cultural do cliente através do Modelo de Sistemas de Betty Neuman. O Módulo III foi um concluir do objetivo de prestar cuidados ao cliente, ao longo do ciclo vital. Recorri à entrevista ao adolescente e sua família e, ao trabalho centrado naquele ou no grupo de adolescentes. Sempre assente numa articulação entre a equipa, e na capacidade de compreender como é que a mesma pode exercer empoderamento no outro. As intervenções retratadas procuram demonstrar o papel do enfermeiro em múltiplos contextos, através da relação com o cliente visando o seu empoderamento. Desenvolvi assim, o crescimento pessoal e profissional, que se reflete na prestação de cuidados, num modelo de prática baseada na evidência. | pt_PT |
| dc.description.abstract | This reportís document purpose is to explain trough means of a critical analysis the path taken during the 3 modules of the Curricular Internship, with the intent to acquire competences as Specialist Nurse in Mental & Psychiatry Health. With its reading one should know the purpose of all developed activities throughout the 3 locations of the internship around the topic ìempowerment of other through means of a relationshipî. In the context of Module II, the nurse intervention in crisis, I realized the patient reception, manage the therapeutic environment and performed two case studies, which had the capacity to structure diagnoses, interventions, and reflect on the results. This happened through on the helping relationship, and the troubleshooting process. I collaborated in group activities and its implementation through training and promotion of team work in order to increase the motivation of it. Through nursing particular interventions, I collaborated in the implementation of customer empowerment, with the relationship of help and psychoeducation. In Module I, I set down my goals in relation to the other, an individual perspective and in groups, extending the concepts based on the National Plan for Mental Health 2007-2016. I made interviews to my clients, and through the relationship / empowerment realized promotion sessions for health and prevention of relapse. Also, based on the Theory of Betty Neuman, in home visits I had the ability to explore different conceptions of health / illness related to the social / cultural customer. The Module III was a complete a goal of providing care to the client throughout the life time. Using the interview with the teen and his family and workcentered teenager or group of teenagers, always based on a joint that is integrated in the team, developed and consolidated in a project to understand how the team can have empowerment in other. Always based on a relationship between the team and the ability to understand how it can exercise empowerment on the other. Interventions portrayed seek to demonstrate the role of nurses in multiple contexts, through the relationship with the client aimed at their empowerment.
