O presente relatório descreve o percurso efetuado durante o estágio inserido no Curso de Mestrado em Enfermagem, com Especialização em Enfermagem Médico— Cirúrgica, na área da Pessoa em Situação Crítica, da Universidade Católica Portuguesa. O desenvolvimento de competências especializadas é um processo que se concretiza em contexto clínico, tendo para tal, sido realizados estágios em diferentes contextos: Unidade de Cuidados Intensivos/Intermédios e Unidade de Diálise. Neste percurso, surgiu o interesse pela Hospitalização Domiciliária, sendo dada a oportunidade de realizar um estágio de observação— participação numa Unidade de Hospitalização Domiciliária. Assim, procurou— se espelhar neste trabalho, utilizando um pensamento crítico e reflexivo, as atividades realizadas nos diferentes contextos, a aprendizagem de conhecimentos teóricos, fundamentados na evidência científica mais atual, e de que forma foram mobilizados para os diferentes contextos da prática. Por último, para desenvolver as competências de mestre no que respeita à comunicação de resultados e ao desenvolvimento de pensamento crítico, é apresentado uma scoping review acerca da intervenção do enfermeiro numa Unidade de Hospitalização Domiciliária.
This report describes the progress made during the internship as part of the Master's Degree in Nursing, with a specialisation in Medical— Surgical Nursing, in the area of Critical Care, at the Universidade Católica Portuguesa. The development of expert skills is a process that takes place in a clinical context, and for this purpose internships were carried out in different settings: Intensive/Intermediate Care Unit and Dialysis Unit. During this journey, an interest in Hospitalization at Home emerged, and we were given the opportunity to carry out an observation— participation internship in a Home Hospitalization Unit. Thus, we tried to mirror in this work, using critical and reflective thinking, the activities carried out in the different contexts, the learning of theoretical knowledge, based on the most current scientific evidence, and how it was mobilised for the different contexts of practice. Finally, in order to develop master's competences regarding the communication of results and the development of critical thinking, a scoping review on the nurse's intervention in a Home Care Unit is presented.
