Abstract(s)
O presente relatório foi elaborado no âmbito do Mestrado em Ciências da Educação - Especialização em Supervisão Pedagógica e Avaliação de Docentes da Universidade Católica do Porto. Pretende constituir uma reflexão teoricamente fundamentada sobre a construção da minha identidade profissional, ao longo de vinte e sete anos, período em que exerci diversas funções, ao serviço de um mesmo estabelecimento de ensino, do setor particular e cooperativo. Elaborado num momento de crise, decorreu da profunda necessidade de compreender o sentido desse processo, diagnosticar fragilidades e perspetivar o futuro, em termos profissionais e organizacionais.
Refletir sobre o desenvolvimento da minha profissionalidade obrigou-me a olhar o caminho que iniciei, muito antes da minha carreira, e se prolonga nos dias de hoje. Numa perspetiva autoscópica, foi possível distinguir quatro momentos fundamentais, na construção da minha identidade profissional: a trajetória pré-profissional; o início da carreira docente (1984/1990); a estabilização (1991/2007) e a crise (2008/2011).
A última parte do trabalho foi dedicada a conclusões e considerações de natureza prospetiva. Esta reflexão final foi estruturada em torno de três eixos de análise: os modelos de escola, docência e formação subjacentes ao meu percurso profissional; o papel da escola na construção da minha profissionalidade; perspetivas de desenvolvimento profissional e organizacional.
The present report was prepared within the Master of Science in Education - Specialization in Educational Supervision and Evaluation of Teachers of the Catholic University of Porto. Intended as a reflection theoretically founded on the construction of my professional identity over twenty-seven years, a period during which I assumed a variety of functions in the service of a same school, a private and cooperative one. This study came out in a moment of crisis and as a consequence of the deep need to understand the meaning of this process, diagnose weaknesses and conceive the future, in professional and organizational terms. Reviewing my career, in an autoscopic perspective, it was possible to distinguish four key moments in the construction of my professional identity: the trajectory pre-professional period; the beginning of a teaching career in the service of the institution (1984/1990); the stabilization (1991/2007) and the crisis (2008/2011), The last part of the work was devoted to conclusions and prospective considerations. This final reflection was structured around three axes of analysis: models of school, teaching and training underlying my professional career, the role of school in the shaping of my professionalism; perspectives of professional and organizational development.
