Abstract(s)
Euthanasia continues to divide opinions, not being consensual. Some prioritize the right to dispose of life, others consider it against the values of the community, leaving the decision to mother nature. We seek to question the limits of the human being in relation to his own life. To know if there is a possibility of this opening in our legal system. Whether this practice is possible to be accepted according to the provisions of our Fundamental Law. It is not intended that those who are against it become in favor, but at least to question this hypothesis. We must start from zero, without any cultural, political, ethical and moral influence. It might not be an option for us, but we can reconsider that it might be for others. It is about granting an option and not imposing an obligation.
