| dc.description.abstract | Este documento foi elaborado no âmbito do Curso de Mestrado com Especialização em Enfermagem de Saúde Infantil e Pediátrica, do Instituto de Ciências de Saúde, da Universidade Católica Portuguesa do Porto e consiste numa descrição critico-reflexiva de toda a aprendizagem nos diversos contextos da prática em que se desenvolveu a componente de estágio do Curso. O Estágio esteve dividido em 3 Módulos: o Módulo I em Cuidados de Saúde Primários; o Módulo II em Serviços de Medicina e Cirurgia Pediátricos e o Módulo III em Serviços de Urgência Pediátrica e Neonatologia. A elaboração deste relatório obedece a uma organização por domínios de atuação – prestação de cuidados, gestão de cuidados, investigação e formação, tendo sido definido para cada um dos referidos domínios, objetivos e atividades com vista ao desenvolvimento de competências. Este relatório evidencia a aquisição das competências de enfermagem especializadas na área de saúde infantil e pediátrica, bem como o desenvolvimento de habilidades no âmbito do cuidar da criança/família nos diversos contextos assistenciais, permitindo a aquisição de competências para cuidar da criança/família numa perspetiva de enfermagem avançada. Foi elaborado segundo uma metodologia descritiva e reflexiva, e retrata o meu desempenho, as dificuldades sentidas, as experiências, as aprendizagens/competências adquiridas através da assistência à criança/família nos diferentes contextos do Estágio. | pt_PT |
| dc.description.abstract | This document was prepared under the Masters in Nursing with Specialization in Pediatric and Child Health Nursing of the Institute of Health Sciences of the Portuguese Catholic University in Porto, and is a reflection of all learning in the different contexts of practice which developed the internship inherent of the course. The course aims to obtain certain skills that are grouped by the various fields of nursing practice: care, care management, training and research. So this report was prepared in accordance with these skills, and set for each performance domain certain goals and developed certain activities in order to make them comply. The internship was divided into three Modules: Module I in Primary Health Care; Module II in Paediatric Medicine and Surgery Services and Module III in Emergency Services Pediatric and Neonatology. This report was prepared according to a descriptive and reflective approach, and portrays my performance, the difficulties, the experiences, the learning/skills acquired through direct contact with the child/family in different internship contexts. This report highlights the acquisition of specialized nursing skills in child and pediatric health, and the development of skills in the care of the child/family in different care settings, allowing the acquisition of skills to care for the child/parents in situations particularly demanding and complex. With this document aims to further the degree of Master in Nursing of Children and Pediatric Health. | pt_PT |
