Abstract(s)
Com o presente relatório reflexivo pretende-se descrever a importância do Projeto Educativo de Escola na organização e gestão de um Agrupamento de Escolas, bem como na construção da identidade deste, através da vontade coletiva de uma comunidade educativa.
Neste contexto, é importante avaliar a dinâmica de trabalho desenvolvida pela escola no processo de conceção e implementação do Projeto Educativo e o seu contributo para uma progressiva autonomia da escola.
Na primeira parte do relatório faço uma breve descrição da minha história de vida, realizando uma reflexão sobre o meu percurso escolar e a minha vida profissional, como docente e como dirigente escolar.
Numa segunda parte, analiso a construção, acompanhamento e avaliação do Projeto Educativo do Agrupamento de Escolas Santos Simões e a importância deste na construção da identidade do Agrupamento, como instrumento para a sua autonomia.
Na conclusão, procedo à referenciação dos contributos que o projeto teve para a criação de uma identidade da escola e, ainda, para a criação de condições para a assinatura de um Contrato de Autonomia com o Ministério de Educação e Ciência que contribuirá para o cumprimento das metas e objetivos estratégicos delineados no Projeto Educativo e para uma efetiva melhoria das aprendizagens dos alunos.
With this reflective report it is intended to describe the importance of school Educational Project in the organization and management of a grouping of schools, as well as, in the construction of its identity, through the collective will of an educational community. In this context, it is important to evaluate the dynamics of the work developed by the school in the process of design and implementation of school Educational Project and its contribution to progressive school autonomy. In the first part of the report I make a brief description of my life story, performing a reflection about my academic career and my professional life, as a teacher and as a school headmaster. In the second part, I analyse the construction, monitoring and evaluation of the Educational Project of the grouping of schools Santos Simões and its importance in what concerns to the building of the identity of the grouping of schools, as a tool for its autonomy. In the conclusion, I refer to the contributions the Project had on the creation of an identity of the school and also on the creation of conditions for the signing of autonomy contract with the Minister of Education and Science which will contribute to the achievement of strategic goals and aims outlined in the Educational Project and to an effective improvement of students’ learning.
