O presente trabalho de investigação representa a fase final do segundo ano do curso de
mestrado em ciências da comunica
ção, variante Comunicação, Organização e Liderança da Faculdade de Ciências Humanas
da Universidade Católica Portuguesa.
Propõe-se nesta investigação, aferir o impacto da comunicação Interna na Cultura
Organizacional de uma grande empresa, através do caso projeto de comunicação interna
“Portugal Connosco – Receitas ao Balcão” nos CTT.
A investigação está assente numa base teórica intensiva alicerçada em autores de referência
nos campos da Comunicação, Comunicação Interna e Cultura Organizacional. Com base
em todo o campo teórico estudado, e na tentativa de se encontrar resposta para a pergunta
de partida, foi utilizada uma metodologia quantitativa. Foi então elaborado e aplicado um
questionário a quarenta e nove colaboradores das Lojas CTT.
No seguimento das orientações da literatura da especialidade e em função dos dados
recolhidos do questionário, confirmaram-se as hipóteses de trabalho e entende-se que a
comunicação interna afeta positivamente a cultura organizacional.
This research project represents the final phase of the second year of the Master's degree in communication sciences, variant Communication, Organization and Leadership Faculty of Humanities of the Catholic University. It is proposed in this research, to assess the impact of Internal communication in the Organisational Culture of a large company, through the case of internal communication project "Portugal Us - Revenues over the counter" in CTT. The research is based on an extensive theoretical basis rooted in referenced authors in the fields of Communication, Internal Communication and Organisational Culture. Based on all the studied theoretical field and, in an attempt to find an answer to the question under investigation, a quantitative methodology was used. It was then developed and implemented a questionnaire to forty-nine employees of the CTT stores. Following the guidelines published in the literature and depending on the data collected from the questionnaire, the working hypotheses were confirmed and we concluded that internal communication positively affects the organizational culture.
