Cannabis Abuse Screening Test (CAST) e European School Survey Project Alcohol and Other
Drugs (ESPAD).
Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS.23).
The main goal of this paper is to evaluate the climbing effects on Cannabis´s consumption through the collection of data consumers. It is a matter of great importance to our country in recent times and has given rise to much discussion. Young people aged between 15 and 21 years, secondary school students participated in the study. The prevention program used following instruments: CAPPYC, the Cannabis Abuse Screening Test (CAST), the European Alcohol and Other Drug Education Research Project (ESPAD, 2015) and the Cannabis Use Inquiry Questionnaire (CUIQ). The data collection and analysis procedures are followed by contact with the authors in order to use the instruments correctly, after data collection, these will be codified in the program of statistical procedure, Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS.23). In order to answer to the mail goal, we have applied the multiple linear regression test and verified that the use of alcohol and tobacco in lower ages with 41.8% is directly related with the use of Cannabis in young ages. In conclusion we’re able to prove that exist a high consumption of Cannabis by the Portuguese youngers and its directly connected whit the first consumptions that can cause other problems.
