A presente dissertação analisa a legislação sobre o trabalho de menores em atividades culturais, artísticas e publicitárias, abordando os riscos para a saúde e a segurança, a formação do contrato de trabalho e as novas tendências decorrentes da Revolução digital. Considera também o regime jurídico especial de participação de menores em atividades de natureza cultural, artística ou publicitária, incluindo os requisitos de autorização e comunicação à CPCJ, e a legislação comparada sobre o tema. Por fim, discute o princípio do superior interesse da criança e a necessidade de aperfeiçoamento da legislação portuguesa para melhor proteger os menores.
This dissertation examines the legislation on the work of minors in cultural, artistic, and advertising activities, addressing the risks to health and safety, the formation of the employment contract, and the new trends arising from the digital Revolution. It also considers the special legal regime for the participation of minors in activities of a cultural, artistic or advertising nature, including the requirements for authorization and communication to the CPCJ, and comparative legislation on the subject. Finally, it discusses the principle of the best interests of the child and the need to improve Portuguese legislation to better protect minors.
