Abstract(s)
interdisciplinar.
determinada “visão do mundo” fortemente enraizada.
This research work had the purpose to understand the interdisciplinarity as a model of intervention on teams in the National Network for Integrated Continuous Care (RNCCI), giving special emphasis to the influence of professional issues in the interprofessional relations. More specifically, we intended to understand the perception of professionals regarding the interdisciplinarity, capturing in their speeches how they rationalize some professional issues involved in the interactional dynamics inherent to interdisciplinary work. It was also intended to understand the perception of professionals about their own role and the role of other professionals in the team, because it is believed that it influences predisposition to interactional dynamics that make easy the interdisciplinarity. Finally, we tried to recognize the professionals satisfaction with the performance of the team itself as a way to "measure" the impact of the emerging challenges of coexistence among specialists from different areas of knowledge in the context of RNCCI. Analyzing this collected data, it demonstrates that interdisciplinarity is not a simple undertaking, because it puts side by side in a strong interdependent relationship, a diversity of professional knowledge, which in most of traditional contexts of intervention, does not happens normally. The professional level of interaction required by interdisciplinary work put some challenges related to the discussion about the status, the different languages and professional values, which derived from the socialization processes of professions and is therefore a particular “worldview” strongly rooted. Moreover, the collected data shows the relevance that the clarification of professional roles assumed by facilitating the dynamics required by interdisciplinarity, constituting itself an indispensable strategy for interprofessional collaboration. This research is a qualitative, exploratory, descriptive and comprehensive study, where were used inductive and abdutive research strategies. It was used an ethnographic approach, using interview and observation techniques considering their potential in capture the relational dynamics and their meanings to the social actors. It was also used as a research model, the Grounded Theory, and the theoretical coding as the procedure to analyze interviews.
