O presente relatório surge no âmbito do mestrado integrado no plano curricular do 2.º
Ciclo em Psicologia Clínica e da Saúde da Universidade Católica Portuguesa – Faculdade de
Filosofia de Braga. O estágio decorreu no contexto de Cuidados de Saúde primários, mais
propriamente no Serviço de Psicologia da Unidade de Recursos Assistenciais Partilhados,
pertencente ao Agrupamento de Centros de Saúde Grande Porto I – Santo Tirso/ Trofa. E teve
como objetivo proporcionar à estagiária um conjunto de atividades que permitiram o
desenvolvimento de competências enquanto profissional da Psicologia.
Este relatório pretende descrever as atividades realizadas durante o estágio,
designadamente as atividades de observação, de avaliação psicológica, de intervenção
psicológica individual e em grupo e atividades de formação. Assim como, refletir sobre as
experiências vividas e as aprendizagens alcançadas durante o mesmo.
The presente report comes under the integrated master in the curricular stud plan of 2.º Cycle in Clinical Psychology and Health from Portuguese Catholic University - Faculty of Philosophy of Braga. The stage took place in the context of Primary Health Care, more specifically in Psychology Service Unit Shared Resource Assistance belonging to Cluster Health Centers Grande Porto I - Santo Tirso / Trofa. And aimed to provide the trainee a set of activities that allowed the development of skills as a Psychology professional. This report is intended to describe the activities performed during the internship, including the activities of observation, psychological evaluation, individual and group psychological intervention, and training activities. As well as reflect on the experiences and the learning achieved in the meantime.
