| dc.description.abstract | O Alojamento Local é uma realidade moderna que se insere no âmbito do arrendamento de curta duração. Após a entrada em vigor da Lei n.º 62/2018, de 22 de agosto, muitas perplexidades se têm notado, designadamente no que concerne ao conflito de interesses entre os proprietários dos imóveis e os condomínios. Nesta dissertação, discute-se o regime legal da figura, bem como a sua natureza, procurando refletir sobre algumas questões que o legislador deixou omissas. | pt_PT |

After the entry in force of Law no. 62/2018, of August 22, many perplexities have been noticed, namely regarding the conflict of interest between the owners of the properties and the Condominium.
