O Alojamento Local é uma realidade moderna que se insere no âmbito do arrendamento
de curta duração. Após a entrada em vigor da Lei n.º 62/2018, de 22 de agosto, muitas
perplexidades se têm notado, designadamente no que concerne ao conflito de interesses
entre os proprietários dos imóveis e os condomínios.
Nesta dissertação, discute-se o regime legal da figura, bem como a sua natureza,
procurando refletir sobre algumas questões que o legislador deixou omissas.
The Local Accommodation is a modern reality that falls within the scope of short-term lease. After the entry in force of Law no. 62/2018, of August 22, many perplexities have been noticed, namely regarding the conflict of interest between the owners of the properties and the Condominium. This dissertation discusses the legal regime of the contract, as well as its legal nature, trying to reflect on some issues that the legislator left omitted.
