Abstract(s)
The article analyses some aspects referring to the matter of crimes committed in the exercise of public functions and, in particular, of its agents universe: a)The constitutional jurisprudence and the historical evolution of legislation about crimes committed in the exercise of public functions.b) Crimes committed in the exercise of public functions by other public agents rather than civil servants. c) Some recent legislative and doctrinal equivoques concerning this theme. The aim is to proceed to a critical evaluation of the legal situation about penal tutelage of lawfulness in the exercise of public functions.
