Este documento foi desenvolvido na Unidade Curricular Relatório e emerge para a análise e reflexão do processo de aprendizagem no Estágio que integra o Curso de Mestrado em Enfermagem com Especialização em Saúde Infantil e Pediátrica da Universidade Católica Portuguesa. O estágio integra três módulos desenvolvidos em diferentes contextos: Módulo I – Saúde Infantil; Módulo II – Serviços de Medicina e Cirurgia e o Módulo III – Serviço de Urgência Pediátrica e Neonatologia. Representa um total de 750 horas, das quais 540 horas de prestação direta de cuidados e 210 horas de trabalho individual, tendo como foco a assistência de enfermagem especializada ao recém-nascido, criança, adolescente e família incidindo na promoção do desenvolvimento infantil e adaptação a diferentes processos de saúde e doença em diferentes níveis de atuação (desde cuidados de enfermagem na comunidade a cuidados de enfermagem hospitalares). Este documento pretende explanar os objetivos individuais definidos e as atividades desenvolvidas no decorrer do estágio, refletindo sobre as competências especializadas desenvolvidas que compreendem os quatro domínios de atuação de enfermagem: Prestação de Cuidados, Gestão, Formação e Investigação e está alicerçado numa metodologia descritiva, critica e reflexiva fundamentada em referências bibliográficas.
This document was elaborated in the Curricular Unit Report and comes up to analysis and reflection the learning process in the context of Internship that was included in the Master´s Course in Nursing in the Child and Pediatric Health Specialization area of the Universidade Católica Portuguesa. This Internship integrate three modules developed in different contexts: First Module – Child Health; Second Module – Medical and Surgery Services and the Third Module – Emergency and Neonatology Services. This Curricular Unit integrated 750 work hours, of wich 540 hours where in the context of direct provision of nursing care and 210 hours where related to individual work, focusing on assistence of specializad nursing to the newborn, child, adolescent and family, direted to the promotion of the child development and the adaptation to the health and disease process (since comunity nursing care to hospitality nursing care). This document has to describe and explain the personal objectives and the activities developed in to the curricular unit and reflect the four domains of nursing: Caregiving, Management, Training and Investigation grounded on a descriptive, critical and reflexive methodology substantiated bibliographic references.
