| dc.description.abstract | O presente Relatório mostra o percurso de aquisição e desenvolvimento de competências efetuado no âmbito do Curso de Pós-Licenciatura de Especialização em Enfermagem Médico-Cirúrgica, que decorreu em três módulos – Comissão de Controlo de Infeção, Serviço de Medina Intensiva e Serviço de Urgência do Hospital Pedro Hispano. Este documento tem como propósito espelhar o processo de aprendizagem e de crescimento pessoal e profissional proporcionado pela unidade curricular, assim como descrever o Projeto de Estudo de Investigação desenvolvido. Na sua conceção e redação foi utilizada metodologia descritiva de atividades e situações vivenciadas e análise reflexiva do percurso, tendo como base a aquisição e desenvolvimento de competências. Para tal, é feita a contextualização dos locais onde decorreram os módulos da disciplina; a exposição do processo de aquisição e desenvolvimento de competências e a discussão do desenvolvimento do Estudo de Investigação realizado. A estrutura do Relatório compreende no primeiro capítulo a contextualização dos locais onde decorreram os diferentes módulos de Estágio. O segundo capítulo dedica-se à apresentação das competências desenvolvidas, divididas em subcapítulos. Por último apresenta-se o Estudo de Investigação efetuado ao longo dos três módulos de Estágio, onde se sintetiza o trabalho desenvolvido. Este documento é sempre incompleto uma vez que não é possível transpor para um trabalho escrito todo o crescimento e reflexão efetuadas ao longo do Estágio que se revelou tão enriquecedor e multidimensional. | pt_PT |
| dc.description.abstract | This Report illustrates the learning process of different skills and technical knowledge achieved during the Post-Graduate Specialization in Medical-Surgical Nursing, held in three modules - Infection Control Committee, Intensive Cares Service and Emergency Service, at Hospital Pedro Hispano. This document aims to mirror the process of learning and personal and professional growth provided by the course, as well as describe the Research Study Project developed. A descriptive methodology was used throughout this process, from its inception to the actual implementation of the project. The aim was to use this approach in order to reflect on the activities and situations experienced, building upon the acquisition and development of skills. For this purpose, there is a contextualization of the actual sites where the internship modules were undertaken, as well as a description of how the various skills were developed, and finally, a discussion on how the Research Study Project was implemented. The structure of the Report therefore includes, in the first chapter, a description of the background underlying the modules of the Internship. The second chapter is devoted to a description of the presentation skills developed, which is subsequently divided into sub-chapters. Finally, we present the research study conducted over the three modules of the Internship, which summarizes all the work undertaken. This document will always be incomplete, as it is not possible to transpose in a piece of paper all the growth and reflection made throughout the internship, which has undoubtedly proved so enriching and multidimensional. | pt_PT |
