Abstract(s)
As constantes mudanças no seio das organizações, fruto de um mercado global e competitivo, aliado a uma conjuntura económica desfavorável, produzem consequências diretas na forma como os colaboradores e as organizações comunicam e se relacionam entre si.
Desta forma, e atendendo ao impacto deste contexto na motivação e satisfação dos colaboradores nas organizações, torna-se pertinente compreender em que medida a comunicação interna intervém no modo como os colaboradores estão comprometidos e se relacionam com as organizações.
A presente investigação é um estudo de caso realizado numa empresa nacional de aviação, onde se procurou estudar as relações entre i) a comunicação interna e o comprometimento organizacional e ii) a comunicação interna e o comprometimento afetivo. Os resultados obtidos permitiram verificar, como previsto, que os colaboradores com perceção positiva da comunicação interna estão mais comprometidos e ligados afetivamente à respetiva organização do que os colaboradores que têm uma perceção negativa.
The recurring changes within organizations, result of a competitive global market, and characterized by an adverse economical conjecture produce direct consequences in the way employees and organizations communicate and relate with each other. Hence, and considering the influence of this context on employee's motivation and satisfaction in organizations, it becomes relevant to understand to what extent does the internal communication intervenes in the way employees are committed and the way they relate with the organization.
