| dc.description.abstract | A presente dissertação de mestrado tem como objetivo a análise da imputação dos direitos de voto detidos por fundos de investimento, em Portugal. Para tal, é dado um enquadramento geral dos Organismos de Investimento Coletivo, focando-nos nos fundos de investimento, com especial enfoque nas alterações trazidas pelo novo Regime de Gestão de Ativos. Posteriormente, e por referência ao mesmo diploma, analisaremos as entidades relacionadas com os Organismos de Investimento Coletivo. Em seguida, abordaremos a natureza jurídica dos fundos de investimento, elencando as diferentes teses doutrinárias. Finalmente, analisaremos os diferentes critérios de imputação de direitos de voto, constantes do artigo 20º do Código dos Valores Mobiliários, para que possamos concluir com a análise da imputação dos direitos de voto detidos por fundos de investimento. | pt_PT |
| dc.description.abstract | This dissertation aims to analyze the of voting rights imputation held by investment funds in Portugal. To this end, a general overview of Collective Investment Undertakings is given, focusing on investment funds, with a special focus on the changes brought about by the new Asset Management Regime. Subsequently, and in reference to the same legislation, we will analyze the entities associated with Collective Investment Undertakings. Next, we will look at the legal status of investment funds, listing the different doctrinal theses. Finally, we will analyze the different criteria for voting rights imputation set out in Article 20 of the Portuguese Securities and Exchange Code, so that we can conclude with an analysis of the voting rights imputation held by investment funds. | pt_PT |
