Abstract(s)
A presente investigação pretende caracterizar e comparar o sistema de Valores de Vida e os níveis de Criatividade de uma amostra de trabalhadores portugueses , analisar as diferenças entre grupos com base nas variáveis: sexo, idade, habilitações literárias, estatuto profissional e tipo de função desempenhada (de líder e não líder), bem como analisar uma possível correlação entre valores e criatividade. A amostra é composta por 347 indivíduos trabalhadores, dos quais 82 participantes líderes e 265 participantes não líderes. Para a operacionalização das variáveis, foram aplicados o Test for Creative Thinking-Drawing Production e o Inventário de Valores de Vida. Entre os principais resultados, destacamos a correlação positiva entre o valor Criatividade e o nível de Criatividade, e a correlação negativa entre os Valores Lealdade à Família e Grupo e Responsabilidade e o nível de Criatividade. Quando consideradas as variável sexo e idade, foram encontradas diferenças estatisticamente significativas para os valores.
The present research had a main objective, to characterize and compare the Life Value system and Creativity levels of a sample of Portuguese workers, such as analyzing the differences between groups based on the variables: gender, age, literacy, professional status and type of role performed (leader and non-leader), as well as to analyze a possible correlation between both. The sample consisted of 347 working individuals, of whom 82 were leaders and 265 were non-leaders. For the operationalization of the variables, the Test for Creative Thinking Drawing Production and the Inventory of Life Values were applied. Among the main results, it is possible to highlight the positive correlation between the value of Creativity and the level of Creativity, and the negative correlation between the values Loyalty to Family and Group and Responsibility and the level of Creativity. When considering the variable sex and age, statistically significant differences were found for these values.
