Neste estudo, procuramos perceber se existiram alterações nos comportamentos desviantes que estão na origem dos processos tutelares educativos, durante a pandemia, bem perceber como instituições cuja atuação se enquadra ou articula com a intervenção tutelar educativa (Comissões de Proteção de Crianças e Jovens [CPCJ], tribunais, equipas tutelares educativas, centros educativos), foram afetadas pelas restrições impostas face à pandemia. Especificamente, pretendemos compreender de que forma medidas como o distanciamento obrigatório ou a implementação de meios de comunicação à distância afetaram a atuação destas instituições. Procuramos também compreender potenciais impactos na articulação entre as instituições e no seu trabalho em rede nomeadamente no âmbito tutelar educativo. Por fim, procuramos perceber o processo de adaptação destas instituições às diversas restrições, ou seja, como é que, perante múltiplas adversidades, os diversos intervenientes nos processos atuaram nas diferentes esferas da intervenção tutelar educativa.
In the present study we try to understand if there are any changes in the deviant behaviors that lead to the youth education system, during the pandemic, as well as understand how the different institutions that work with that system and type of interventions were affected by the Portuguese restrictions towards stopping the infections. Specifically, we try to understand in what ways did the social distancing or the implementation of technology affected their work. As well as the impact in the networking between the different institutions when related to the youth education system. Lastly, we try to understand the process of adaptation these institutions went through when faced with the many restrictions imposed, more specifically, how the many individuals that are related to the processes acted in the many different spheres of the intervention in the youth education system, even if presented with adversities.
