Este relatório insere-se no âmbito do estágio curricular do Mestrado em
Psicologia Clinica e da Saúde, promovido pela Universidade Católica Portuguesa de
Braga, com orientação do Professor Doutor Rui Ramos. Este estágio teve lugar no Lar
de Infância e Juventude (LIJ) Casa dos Rapazes e Oficinas de S. José, em Viana do
Castelo com a supervisão da Dr.ª Sónia Rodrigues. Este relatório tem como finalidade
descrever as atividades e aprendizagens realizadas no âmbito do estágio em Psicologia
Clinica e da Saúde.
Este estágio teve como objetivos principais o desenvolvimento de um conjunto
de atividades a serem realizadas na Casa dos Rapazes e Oficinas de S. José, na área da
psicologia clínica e da saúde, que possibilitaram a prática e o aprofundamento das
aprendizagens efetuadas ao longo da minha formação teórica académica e adquirir
competências profissionais adequadas e corretas ao exercício da Psicologia.
O relatório está estruturado em duas partes distintas, ou seja, a primeira parte
consiste na caraterização e descrição da Casa dos Rapazes e Oficinas de S. José e do
serviço de psicologia e na segunda parte realiza-se uma descrição das atividades
desenvolvidas ao longo do estágio. Incluem-se nestas atividades a familiarização com as
histórias de vida das crianças e jovens, as rotinas da instituição, a colaboração na
organização do gabinete de psicologia, intervenção em grupo Casa dos Rapazes e
Oficinas de S. José, consultas de intervenção individual com crianças e jovens
(acompanhamento de seis casos), contacto com os professores, atendimento aos pais,
visita domiciliária, visitas a outras instituições e participação em ações de formação.
This report falls under the curricular internship of the Masters in Clinical and Health Psychology sponsored by Universidade Católica Portuguesa de Braga, with the guidance of Professor Rui Ramos. This internship took place in the Home for Children and Youth (LIJ) Casa dos Rapazes and Oficinas de S. José, in Viana do Castelo, with the supervision of Dr. Sonia Rodrigues. This report aims to describe the activities and learning carried out under the internship in Clinical and Health Psychology. This internship had as main objectives the development of a set of activities to be held in Casa dos Rapazes and Oficinas de S. José, in the area of clinical and health psychology, which enabled the practice and extended the learning done throughout my academic and theoretical training to acquire adequate and correct vocational skills for the practice of psychology. The report is divided into two distinct parts, i.e., the first part consist of the characterization and description of Casa dos Rapazes and Oficinas de S. José and the psychology service, and a description of the activities performed during the internship is in the second part. Included in these activities, to become familiar with the life stories of children and young people, the routines of the institution, to help organize the office psychology, intervention group Casa dos Rapazes and Oficinas de S. José, individual consultations intervention with children and youth (monitored six cases), contract with teachers, parents care, home visits, visits to other institutions and participation in training activities.
