Abstract(s)
O presente relatório foi realizado no âmbito do estágio curricular, incluído no
Mestrado em Psicologia do Trabalho e das Organizações da Universidade Católica
Portuguesa. Visa à descrição das atividades executadas, durante o período de Outubro
de 2014 e Abril de 2015, na empresa Gestamp Aveiro. O documento foi dividido em
dois capítulos, sendo o primeiro relativo à descrição global da organização e o segundo
capítulo respeitante ao relato das atividades realizadas, bem como o respetivo
complemento teórico. Neste trabalho estão inseridas as tarefas realizadas em
recrutamento e seleção de pessoal, acolhimento e integração, formação profissional,
avaliação da satisfação e motivação dos trabalhadores, entre outras.
This report was realized under the internship, included on Master degree in Psychology of Work and Organisations, of the Portuguese Catholic University . Aims at the description of the activities developed under the period between October of 2014 and April 2015, in the company Gestamp Aveiro. The document was divided in two chapters, the first on the overall description of the organization and the second chapter, concerning the reporting of activities and the respective theoretical complement. In this work are developed the tasks performed in recruitment and selection of staff, reception and integration, training, evaluation of satisfaction and motivation of workers, between others.
