O presente relatório enquadra-se no âmbito do estágio curricular inserido no
Mestrado em Psicologia do Trabalho e das Organizações da Universidade Católica
Portuguesa. Nele são descritas as atividades desenvolvidas no período de duração do
estágio, entre Outubro de 2014 e Março de 2015, ultrapassando a carga horária mínima,
590 horas. O estágio decorreu no grupo Synergie ETT, SA, na Delegação do Porto. O
documento é composto por dois capítulos. O primeiro divide-se entre a descrição da
organização e explicação dos seus âmbitos de atuação e a importância do papel do
Psicólogo do Trabalho e das Organizações. Já o segundo consiste na descrição das
atividades realizadas na empresa e a respetiva fundamentação teórica.
This report fits within the curriculum internship inserted in the Masters in Work and Organizational Psychology of the Portuguese Catholic University. It describes the activities of the probationary period between October 2014 and March 2015, surpassing the minimum 590 hours. The internship took place in Synergie ETT SA group, at Porto’s Delegation. The document consists of two sections. The first is divided between the description of the organization and an explanation of their expertise areas and the important role of the Work and Organizational Psychologist.
