Resumo(s)
A presente tese tem como propósito contribuir para o apuramento da
normatividade e, num certo sentido, utilidade e préstimo da Constituição económica
portuguesa. Para o efeito, foram identificados dois "inimigos" desta - a globalização e
a integração europeia - , procurando-se em primeiro lugar apurar as características
essenciais de cada um destes, bem como da Constituição económica portuguesa, para
em segundo lugar os cotejar e procurar afirmar a resistência da Constituição
económica e um seu espaço de atuação autónoma.
The present thesis has the purpose to contribute to the finding of the normativity and, in a certain sense, usefulness of the portuguese economic Constitution. To that effect, two "enemies" of said Constitution were identified - globalization and european integration -, then seeking, in the first place do identify the essential features of these, as well as those of the portuguese economic Constitution, so that ,seconldy, a comparison could be made and the resistance of the portuguese economic Constitution affirmed, along with an autonomous acting space.
