| dc.description.abstract | O envelhecimento da população representa hoje um dos maiores dilemas sociais no mundo, exigindo soluções e estratégias de intervenção mais diretas nos idosos e nas futuras gerações. Relacionado com este envelhecimento, os números de inatividade e de dependência dos idosos têm vindo a aumentar, perspetivando-se uma acentuada baixa na qualidade de vida dos mesmos. O presente projeto configura uma proposta de solução para esta problemática, convocando o Teatro, outras Artes Performativas e a Saúde, perspetivando um Envelhecimento Ativo/Criativo. Por meio de estudos de casos e de revisão de literatura, pretendo demonstrar que os projetos artísticos e comunitários podem trazer benefícios para os seus participantes e, ao mesmo tempo, podem promover e consciencializar para a importância do desenvolvimento de papéis mais ativos na sociedade. Este documento apresenta também um exemplo de projeto artístico que pode ser desenvolvido a nível internacional, num diálogo entre Portugal e Espanha, com objetivo de contribuir para a diminuição do número de idosos dependentes nas regiões transfronteiriças e interiores dos dois países. Para a realização deste projeto discrimino todos os pormenores da sua produção, desde o imaginário a toda a logística necessária, bem como o seu orçamento final. A criação deste projeto servirá de base para mais e novos projetos artísticos e comunitários que primem, por intermédio de soluções sociais e económicas, pela criação de relações dialogantes entre as áreas da cultura e da saúde. | pt_PT |
| dc.description.abstract | The aging of the population represents one of the biggest social dilemmas in the world, requiring more direct solutions and intervention approaches in the elderly and future generations. Related to this, the numbers of inactivity and dependency of elderly people have been increasing, with a marked decrease in their quality of life. The present project configures a solution proposal to this problem, convening the Theater and other Performing Arts and Health, prospecting an Active and Creative Aging. Through case studies and literature review, I intend to demonstrate that art and community projects can bring benefits to its participants and at the same time can promote and raise awareness of the importance of playing more active roles in the society. Moreover, this document also presents an example of an artistic project that can be developed internationally, in a dialogue between Portugal and Spain, to contribute to the reduction of the dependent’ numbers of elderly people in the most cross-border and inland regions of the two countries. For the realization of this project, I discriminate all the stages to its production, from the imaginary to all the necessary logistics, as well as its final budget. The creation of this project will serve as the basis for more and new artistic and community projects that excel, through social and economic solutions, by creating dialoguing relationships between the areas of culture and health. | pt_PT |
