Modelo desenvolvimental e relacional touchpoints : caracterização e conhecimentos dos participantes do curso intensivo em touchpoints em Portugal

| dc.description.abstract | Este estudo teve como objetivo principal caracterizar o grupo de pessoas que, realizaram Curso Intensivo em Touchpoints (CIT) em Portugal e contribuir para a reflexão sobre a eficácia do mesmo na aquisição de conhecimentos sobre o Modelo Touchpoints (MTP). A metodologia utilizada foi de cariz quantitativo, sendo que os dados foram recolhidos através de 3 questionários utilizados habitualmente nos CIT: Questionário Pré-Formação 1, Questionário Pré-Formação Touchpoints 3 e Questionário Pós-Formação Touchpoints 3. O primeiro aborda aspetos da prática profissional e os outros dois (iguais) exploram conhecimentos sobre o modelo. De entre os resultados, quanto à caracterização, destacamos que 313 dos participantes são mulheres e 3 são homens, maioritariamente com idades entre os 30 e os 39 anos e a maioria da área da educação. Destacamos também que os resultados se revelam positivos, no sentido em que os formandos tiveram melhores resultados posteriormente à formação, no geral, sendo que, em particular, se destacaram no questionário inicial, aqueles que já tinham alguma informação prévia em relação ao modelo. Os resultados revelam ainda que não há associação entre os resultados dos questionários e os anos de trabalho dos formandos. Tendo em conta que este é um trabalho pioneiro no que diz respeito àquilo que é o objetivo geral, espera-se que seja útil para futuras investigações mais aprofundadas e inclusivamente, que seja um ponto de partida para uma reflexão interna da Fundação Brazelton/Gomes-Pedro (FBGP) quanto à dinamização dos CIT. | pt_PT |
| dc.description.abstract | The main objective of this study was to characterize the group of people who took an Intensive Course in Touchpoints (CIT) in Portugal and to contribute to the reflection on its effectiveness in acquiring knowledge about the Touchpoints Model (MTP). The methodology used was of a quantitative nature, and the data were collected through 3 questionnaires commonly used in the CIT: Pre-Training Questionnaire 1, Touchpoints Pre-Training Questionnaire 3 and Post-Training Questionnaire Touchpoints 3. The first addresses aspects of professional practice and the other two (equal) explore knowledge about the model. Among the results, regarding characterization, we highlight that 313 of the participants are women and 3 are men, mostly aged between 30 and 39 years old and most of them in the education area. We also emphasize that the results are positive, in the sense that the trainees had better results after the training, in general, and, in particular, those who already had some prior information regarding the model stood out in the initial questionnaire. The results also reveal that there is no association between the results of the questionnaires and the years of work of the trainees. Bearing in mind that this is a pioneering work with regard to what is the general objective, it is expected that it will be useful for future more in-depth investigations and even, that it will be a starting point for an internal reflection of the Brazelton/Gomes- Pedro (FBGP) regarding the dynamization of the CITs. | pt_PT |
