| dc.description.abstract | Pretendo com este projeto partilhar algumas das muitas experiências significativas de uma, já longa, carreira, mas sobretudo as mais recentes. Esta reflexão dividir-se-á em duas partes, da primeira constará uma análise, muito sucinta, de três modelos teóricos de administração e gestão escolar e das principais lideranças intermédias na instituição educativa. Na segunda parte refletirei sobre a experiência funcional no contexto do Agrupamento a cujo quadro pertenço e onde exerço, ininterruptamente, há mais de uma década. Tentarei, sem qualquer espécie de pretensiosismo, apresentar uma visão, naturalmente pessoal e crítica da evolução e funcional de algumas estruturas da gestão intermédia, em particular da coordenação de departamento. O título pretende, aliás, sintetizar o atual contexto relacional no interior das escolas. Este projeto assenta no pressuposto de que os resultados alcançados variam na razão direta da qualidade do funcionamento das estruturas que os suportam. O objetivo primeiro será sempre o sucesso dos discentes. No decurso desta caminhada os escolhos têm sido diversos e de monta, mas felizmente nunca foram os alunos. Como explanarei adiante, o conteúdo dos quadros legais, as alterações constantes e, sobretudo, alguns atores, muitos dos quais cristalizados na sala de aula dos anos 60 ou 70 do século passado, ou em modelos desfasados da realidade, nem sempre têm contribuído pela positiva | pt_PT |
| dc.description.abstract | With this project I intend to share some of the many significant experiences of an already long career, but specially the most recent ones. This reflexion will be divided into two parts, the first will consist of a very brief analysis of three theoretical models of school administration and management and the main intermediate leaders in the educational institution. In the second part I will reflect on the funcional experience in the context of the School Grouping to which I belong and where I have been exercising, uninterruptedly, for more than a decade. I will try, without any kind of pretentiousness, to present a vision, naturally personal and critical, of the evolution and functioning of some structures of intermediate management, in particular of department coordination. This project is based on the assumption that the results achieved vary in the direct ratio of the quality of the functioning of the structures that support them. The first objective will always be the success of the students. In the course of this journey the obstacles have been diverse and of great importance, but fortunately they have never been the students. As I will explain later, the content of the legal frameworks, the constant changes and, above all, some actors, many of whom crystallized in the classroom of the 60s or 70s of the last century, or in models out of touch with reality, have not always contributed positively | pt_PT |
