Abstract(s)
A Enfermagem Comunitária é a área da Enfermagem cujo foco de actuação é a comunidade, com
todos os grupos de pessoas que a constituem. O Enfermeiro Especialista, através da sua experiência
da prática clínica, bem como com os conhecimentos decorrentes da sua formação académica, detém
competências que lhe permitem desenvolver projectos que promovam a capacitação da população
para o desenvolvimento de percursos de vida saudáveis.
O presente relatório relata os três módulos de estágio realizados no Curso de Mestrado em
Enfermagem, área de especialização em Enfermagem Comunitária, que decorreu no Instituto de
Ciências da Saúde da Universidade Católica Portuguesa.
Os dois primeiros módulos de estágio foram realizados na UCSP Aleo, em Alcoutim. O módulo três,
módulo opcional, decorreu na USF Guadiana, em Castro Marim.
Durante o primeiro módulo de estágio foi realizado o diagnóstico de situação da actividade de
Enfermagem nas consultas de saúde infantil, planeamento familiar e diabetes, uma vez que os
profissionais sentiam que as suas práticas eram discrepantes. Segundo os dados obtidos com o
diagnóstico confirmou-se as diferenças de actuação dos profissionais de Enfermagem e que as
actividades desenvolvidas não estavam de acordo às recomendações emanadas pelo DGS para
essas consultas.
As conclusões retiradas no diagnóstico de situação vieram fundamentar a necessidade de actuar nas
práticas de Enfermagem, de forma a garantir a qualidade das mesmas. No segundo módulo de
estágio foram desenvolvidas e implementadas “Normas de actuação de Enfermagem” nas consultas
analisadas, normas essas que servirão de guião para auditorias semestrais aos registos de
Enfermagem, etapa fundamental no processo de garantia da qualidade seguido.
No terceiro módulo de estágio, o foco da intervenção foram os adolescentes, uma vez que os
profissionais verbalizaram a preocupação com o afastamento dos jovens inscritos na USF Guadiana
numa fase tão conturbada como a adolescência. O projecto implementado, denominado “Tertúlia do
Jovem”, assenta numa dinâmica de educação entre pares, através do debate de temas relacionados
com a saúde entre os jovens, moderado por um profissional de saúde. Além disso, com o objectivo de
fazer chegar a informação a outros grupos populacionais, realiza-se um programa mensal e uma
publicação no blog da Tertúlia, para transmissão das ideias e conclusões das tertúlias.
Com os trabalhos desenvolvidos pretende-se dar visibilidade à prática clínica levada a cabo pelos
profissionais de Enfermagem, não descurando a qualidade e o foco na população a quem assiste
The Community Nursing is the area of Nursing whose focus is community action, with all groups who constitute it. The Nurse Specialist, through their experience of clinical practice as well as the knowledge resulting from their academic training, has skills that allow him to develop projects that promote the empowerment of the population for the development of pathways to healthy living. This abstract describes the three modules of training undertaken in the Master's Degree in Nursing, with specialization in Community Nursing, held at the Institute of Health Sciences at Universidade Católica. The first two modules of training were held at UCSP Aleo in Alcoutim. Module three, optional module, took place at USF Guadiana, in Castro Marim. During the first stage module, a diagnosis was conducted about the situation of nursing activities in clinical child health, family planning and diabetes, since the professionals felt that their practices were discrepant. According to data obtained with the diagnosis confirmed the differences in performance of nursing professionals and that the activities did not provide responses to the recommendations issued by the DGS to these queries. The conclusions reached in the situation diagnosis came to justify the need to act in the practice of nursing, to ensure their quality. In the second stage module were developed and implemented "Nursing Standards of conduct" in the consultations studied, these standards serve as a guide for semi-annual audits to the records of Nursing, a key step in the process of quality assurance followed. In the third stage module, the focus of the intervention were teenagers, since the professionals expressed their concern about the disengagement of young people enrolled at USF Guadiana stage so as to troubled teens. The implemented project, called “Tertúlia do Jovem”, based on a dynamic peer education, through discussion of topics related to health among young people, moderated by a healthcare professional. Moreover, with the aim of delivering the information to other population groups, there will be a program and a monthly publication on the “blog da Tertúlia” for transmitting ideas and conclusions of the gatherings. With the work is to give visibility to the work done by nursing professionals, not to mention the quality and focus at the people who watch
