| dc.description.abstract | O presente trabalho desenvolve-se através do Grupo de Ação Comunitária (GAC) que acolhe pessoas com doença mental grave. Como estágio de mestrado, consiste numa investigação que culminou na criação de um projeto. Esta pesquisa centrou-se na identificação dos determinantes de um processo de reabilitação psicossocial com enfoque no humanismo, na abordagem da psicologia positiva com destaque para a dimensão da espiritualidade. Partindo de uma visão do serviço social clínico, acrescenta-se a abordagem do desenvolvimento humano, entendendo a espiritualidade como o autoconhecimento do ser de cada pessoa e a construção da relação com o outro e com o mundo com um olhar de amor e gratidão. Começamos por situar o contexto desta prática no Grupo de Ação Comunitária, na problemática da saúde mental e nas diversas formas de reabilitação psicossocial. Caraterizamos o lugar e o papel do serviço social no atendimento e acompanhamento social e na construção do processo de reinserção social. Desenhámos e realizámos o projeto RECONECTAR com sessões de meditação e reflexão sendo que os resultados transcrevem a opinião e a experiência de cada utente que o presenciou pois estes revelam que esta prática despertou o poder que cada um tem em si, treinando diversas ferramentas de bem-estar para o seu dia-a-dia na gestão da relação consigo próprios e com os outros. | pt_PT |
| dc.description.abstract | This work is carried out through the Community Action Group (GAC) which welcomes people with serious mental illness. As a master's internship, it consists of an investigation that culminated in the creation of a project. This research focused on identifying the determinants of a psychosocial rehabilitation process with a focus on humanism, on the positive psychology approach, with emphasis on the dimension of spirituality. Starting from a vision of clinical social service, the human development approach is added, understanding spirituality as the self-knowledge of each person's being and the construction of the relationship with the other and with the world with a look of love and gratitude. We begin by situating the context of this practice in the Community Action Group, in the issue of mental health and in the various forms of psychosocial rehabilitation. We characterize the place and role of social work in social care and monitoring and in the construction of the social reintegration process. We designed and carried out the RECONECTAR project with meditation and reflection sessions, with the results transcribing the opinion and experience of each user who witnessed it, as they reveal that this practice awakened the power that each one has within themselves, training various well-being tools. be for their day-to-day management of the relationship with themselves and with others. | pt_PT |
