O presente relatório visa dar visibilidade às competências que por mim foram desenvolvidas em Estágio e que foi realizado no âmbito do 3º Curso de Mestrado com
Especialização em Enfermagem Médico-cirúrgica, no Instituto de Ciências da Saúde,
Porto, da Universidade Católica Portuguesa. O estágio foi concretizado no Serviço de
Urgência do Centro Hospitalar Médio Ave Unidade de Famalicão, na Unidade de
Cuidados Intensivos Polivalentes do Hospital de São João e no Sistema Integrado de
Emergência Médica (INEM), Delegação do Norte, no período de 19 de Abril de 2010 a
29 de Janeiro de 2011.
O Relatório descreve as actividades executadas e as estratégias utilizadas ao longo do estágio com o intuito de demonstrar as competências técnicas, científicas e humanas adquiridas ou desenvolvidas na prestação de cuidados ao doente e família, a vivenciar processos de doença. A aquisição das competências processou-se na prática clínica e reflexiva e, simultaneamente, todos os cuidados foram baseados numa prática de enfermagem avançada. A metodologia utilizada para a realização deste documento é descritiva e analítica através da reflexão e descrição das diferentes actividades efectuadas nos estágios suportadas pela integração de saberes mobilizados e pela consulta de referências de autores de reconhecido mérito, no contexto da saúde em geral
e da enfermagem em particular. A sua estrutura contempla três partes as quais são
constituídas por introdução, desenvolvimento do trabalho e conclusão, por considerar
ser esta que melhor clarifica o que se pretende evidenciar.
Como detentora do título de enfermeira especialista, neste relatório é então descrito o meu percurso em estágio, com consecução dos objectivos, demonstrando os
conhecimentos e competências que lhe são específicos.
Dei particular atenção ao desenvolvimento de competências relacionadas com a comunicação, gestão dos cuidados ao doente crítico, vítima de doença súbita ou risco de
vida e família, em situações de crise e ainda a preservação da vida e à doação de órgãos como meio de prolongar a vida dos receptores.
Como contributo para os contextos da prática, depois de identificadas as necessidades ou problemas a resolver com formação, planeei, executei e avaliei acções de formação, tendo em conta a minha experiencia profissional relacionada com a insuficiência renal, as técnicas dialiticas e com as infecções associadas aos cuidados de saúde, sempre com o objectivo de melhorar a qualidade dos cuidados de enfermagem.
This report aims to give visibility to the skills which were developed by me on stage and was carried out under the 3rd Master's Degree with specialization in Medical- Surgical Nursing, Institute of Health Sciences, Porto, Portuguese Catholic University. The internship was achieved at the Emergency Hospital Center East Ave Unit Famalicão in Polyvalent Intensive Care Unit, Hospital of St. John and in the Integrated Emergency Medicine (INEM), Delegation of the North, from April 19th 2010 to January 29th 2011. The Report describes the activities implemented and the strategies used during the stage in order to demonstrate the technical, scientific and human acquired or developed in providing care to the patient and family, experiencing disease processes. The acquisition of skills to be sued in clinical practice and reflective, whilst every care has been based on advanced nursing practice. The methodology for the implementation of this document is descriptive and analytical through reflection and description of the different activities carried out in internship supported by the integration of knowledge mobilized by consulting references and author of recognized merit in the context of overall health and nursing particular. The structure comprises three parts which consist of introduction, development and completion of work, considering this to be better clarifies what is intended to highlight. As holder of the title of specialist nurse in this report is then described my journey in stages, with achievement of the objectives, demonstrating the knowledge and skills specific to them. Gave particular attention to developing skills related to communication, management of critical patient care, victim of sudden illness or loss of life and family in crisis situations and also to preserve life and organ donation as a means of prolonging life of recipients. As a contribution to the contexts of practice, having identified the needs or solve problems with training, planning, implementing and evaluating training activities, in view of my professional experience related to renal failure, dialysis and techniques associated with infections health care, always with the aim of improving the quality of nursing care.
