| dc.description.abstract | O presente trabalho constitui em si mesmo um relicário das vivências profissionais mais marcantes do meu percurso enquanto professora. A sua componente reflexiva permite uma revisitação de quatro longas e silenciosas metamorfoses: a profissionalização, a primeira direção de turma, a coordenação de um departamento curricular e a pós-graduação. Estes ensaios de voos são trilhados num permanente reencontro existencialista da pessoa que escreve com a professora que os experienciou. A fundamentação teórica deste relatório permite a interpretação da relevância desses quatro momentos. Com efeito, é na tensão real criada em escrita que a realidade se faz, ou seja, é no registo persuasivo e violento das experiências profissionais mais marcantes que a professora se identifica. Assim, é através das lentes teóricas da identidade e do desenvolvimento profissional docente, das culturas e lógicas de ação na escola e da liderança que a pessoa reconhece as suas extensões: a professora profissionalizada, a diretora de turma a coordenadora curricular e a pós-graduada. Ao folhear as páginas deste relatório, o leitor pode assim acompanhar o percurso profissional da pessoa que o escreve, visitar a sua essência e emocionar-se com a aprendizagem da protagonista: a responsabilidade em ser professor, em todas as suas diferentes vertentes. | dc.description.abstract | This work is in itself a reliquary of the most memorable experiences of my professional journey as a teacher. Its reflective component allows revisiting four long and silent metamorphoses: the professionalization, the first class direction, the coordination of a department curriculum and the post-graduation. These test flights are pinched within a permanent existentialist meeting between the person who writes with the teacher who experienced them. The theoretical basis of this report enables the interpretation of the relevance of these four stages. Indeed, the real tension is established in writing what the reality is, that is, it is in the registering of violent persuasive and professional most striking experiences that the teacher identifies herself. Thus, it is through the theoretical frameworks of identity and teacher professional development, cultures and logics of action in the school and leadership that the person recognizes its extensions: the professionalized teacher, the class director, the coordinator department curriculum and the postgraduate. While reading the pages of this report, the reader can thus pursue the career of the person who writes it, visit his essence and thrill himself with the learning of the protagonist: the responsibility of being a teacher, in all its different aspects.
