This internship report aims to present the work developed during the internship at the company FI Group Portugal. With the growing competitiveness between organizations is increasingly important to have well defined the strategic objectives that they want to achieve. Thus, the purpose of this report is to understand whether the service recently created by the company is attractive to its customers and meets their needs. It also seeks to understand whether they would acquire the service in question if it were not co-funded by Portugal 2020. It also seeks to understand if the service model is adapted to the companies' needs and to identify aspects that can be improved. According to Kaplan & Norton (1996), the Balanced Scorecard is a strategic management tool aimed at clarifying the vision and strategy of an organization based on a definition of objectives, initiatives and indicators distributed according to the perspectives suggested by the authors. Initially a quantitative methodology was used, using questionnaires sent to companies that used the service, and later, due to the small number of responses obtained, a qualitative methodology was used, namely an interview with a former FI Group employee. This methodology was used to provide greater support to the answers obtained through the questionnaires. Direct observation also proved to be important, as it allowed us to understand the challenges faced by the companies. In the elaboration of this work, with the analysis of the answers to the questionnaires and combining it with the information obtained from the interview, one can conclude that the target companies of the survey consider that the service provided was something useful and that it brought advantages to them; however, they would not make the investment if it was not co-financed, due to its high financial cost.
