Internacionalização como estratégia institucional na Escola Superior de Enfermagem Cruz Vermelha Portuguesa : Alto Tâmega

| dc.description.abstract | Elaborado no âmbito da frequência do mestrado em Ciências da Educação - Administração e Organização Escolar, ministrado pela Faculdade de Filosofia e Ciências Sociais da Universidade Católica Portuguesa, o presente relatório apresenta uma análise crítica e reflexiva do meu percurso profissional, nomeadamente enquanto responsável pelo Gabinete de Mobilidade e Cooperação Internacional (GMCI) da ESEDJTMM, transmitida, em junho de 2020, para a CVP, presentemente designada ESECVP-Alto Tâmega. O GMCI é responsável pela estratégia de internacionalização da instituição, nomeadamente, pela gestão de programas de mobilidade de estudantes, docentes e não docentes, ao abrigo dos programas europeus PROAVL (Programa de Aprendizagem ao Longo da Vida) e Erasmus+. Entre 2013 e 2018 situa-se o período temporal em que foram desenvolvidas as mobilidades alvo de análise e reflexão, sobretudo a partir de dados disponíveis em arquivo digital, na Mobility Tool, da Comissão Europeia. Tendo presente o esforço de conceituação teórica da parte I do relatório, incidindo sobre a escola como organização, os modelos organizacionais, emergiu a ideia da escola como uma organização tradicionalmente descrita como burocrática, mas que não pode fugir a outras imagens como a arena política, anarquia organizada, perceções que servirão de suporte ao processo de tomada de decisões e estilo de liderança, não só no âmbito do GMCI, como também enquanto adjunto da Direção da ESECV-Alto Tâmega, ao elencar vantagens e limitações de cada metáfora. No que toca à internacionalização, abordagens e motivações, percebeu-se, primeiramente, o grau de internacionalização da ESECVP-Alto Tâmega, a confusão conceptual de aceções e, ao mesmo tempo, a importância de um investimento da IES na sua competitividade, como uma resposta ao processo de globalização, apresentando-se a mobilidade de estudantes e staff, através dos programas europeus PROAVL e Erasmus+ como uma das formas de operacionalização. | pt_PT |
| dc.description.abstract | Prepared within the scope of the frequency of the master's degree in Educational Sciences, specialization in Administration and School Organization, taught by the Faculty of Philosophy and Social Sciences of the Portuguese Catholic University, this report presents a critical and reflective analysis of my professional career, namely as responsible for the ESEDJTMM Mobility and International Cooperation Office (GMCI), transmitted in june 2020 to CVP, now called ESECVP-Alto Tâmega. The GMCI is responsible for the internationalization strategy of the institution, namely, for the management of mobility programs for students, teachers and nonteachers, under the European programs PROAVL (Lifelong Learning Program) and Erasmus +. Between 2013 and 2018 is the time period in which the mobilities targeted for analysis and reflection were developed, especially based on data available in digital files, at the Mobility Tool, of the European Commission. Bearing in mind the effort of theoretical conceptualization of part I of the report, focusing on the school as an organization, the organizational models, the idea of the school emerged as an organization traditionally described as bureaucratic, but that cannot escape other images such as the political arena, organized anarchy, perceptions that will support the decision-making process and leadership style, not only within the scope of the GMCI, but also as an adjunct to the Board of ESECV-Alto Tâmega, by listing the advantages and limitations of each metaphor. With regard to internationalization, approaches and motivations, the degree of internationalization of ESECVP-Alto Tâmega was perceived, the conceptual confusion of acceptances and, at the same time, the importance of an investment by IES in its competitiveness, as a response to the globalization process, presenting the mobility of students and staff, through the European programs PROAVL and Erasmus+ as one of its forms of operationalization. | pt_PT |
