A Medicina Dentária é a área de conhecimento que estuda e trata o sistema estomatognático. Tornou-se cada vez mais uma área multidisciplinar, em constante desenvolvimento na procura por novos materiais e técnicas que visam realizar um tratamento o mais conservador possível. O presente relatório está dividido em duas partes. Na primeira foi realizada a análise estatística e descritiva dos dados recolhidos, durante todo o 5ºano do Mestrado Integrado em Medicina Dentária, nas distintas áreas disciplinares. Na segunda parte efetuou-se a descrição de dois casos clínicos diferenciados e a sua argumentação crítica baseada na literatura.
Dentistry is the area of knowlegde that studies and treats the stomatognathic system. It has increasingly become a multidisciplinary area, constantly developing in the search for new materials and techniques that aim to achieve the most conservative treatment possible. This report is divided into two parts. In the first part there is the statistical and descriptive analysis of the data collected that was carried out, throughout the 5th year of the Integrated Master in Dental Medicine, across the different disciplinary areas. In the second part, two different clinical cases were described and their critical argument were based on the literature.
