dc.description.abstract | As principais finalidades deste trabalho final para a obtenção do grau de mestre em marketing sĆ£o: (1) Avaliar os atributos que sĆ£o valorizados nos serviƧos de apoio Ć internacionalização prestados pelas empresas de consultoria; (2) Determinar a curva de valor da CH Business Consulting; (3) Comparar a curva de valor dos serviƧos com a dos serviƧos da concorrĆŖncia. O modelo conceptual Ć© baseado em estudos anteriores sobre curva de valor e serviƧos de consultoria, tendo em consideração as caracterĆsticas das empresas, assim como as percepƧƵes do gestor deste tipo de serviƧo na CH Business Consulting relativamente ao valor oferecido ao cliente. dc.description.abstract | The mains purposes of this Final Assignment to obtain the masterās in marketing degree are: (1) Assess the attributes that are valued on internationalization services provided by consulting companies; (2) Determine the value curve of CH Business Consulting; (3) Compare the value curve of their services to the ones of the competitors services. The conceptual model is based on previous studies on value curve and consulting services, having in consideration companiesā characteristics and the manager of this service on CH Business Consulting perception on the value offered to the client.
