As principais finalidades deste trabalho final para a obtenção do grau de mestre em marketing são: (1) Avaliar os atributos que são valorizados nos serviços de apoio à internacionalização prestados pelas empresas de consultoria; (2) Determinar a curva de valor da CH Business Consulting; (3) Comparar a curva de valor dos serviços com a dos serviços da concorrência. O modelo conceptual é baseado em estudos anteriores sobre curva de valor e serviços de consultoria, tendo em consideração as características das empresas, assim como as percepções do gestor deste tipo de serviço na CH Business Consulting relativamente ao valor oferecido ao cliente. O objetivo é ajudar as empresas de consultoria (principalmente a CH Business Consulting) a entender a diferenciação do serviço que presta.
The mains purposes of this Final Assignment to obtain the master’s in marketing degree are: (1) Assess the attributes that are valued on internationalization services provided by consulting companies; (2) Determine the value curve of CH Business Consulting; (3) Compare the value curve of their services to the ones of the competitors services. The conceptual model is based on previous studies on value curve and consulting services, having in consideration companies’ characteristics and the manager of this service on CH Business Consulting perception on the value offered to the client. It is intended to help consulting companies (expressly CH Business Consulting) understand the differentiative value they offer.
