O trabalho aqui proposto visa discorrer acerca do princípio do efeito direto, para tanto se faz necessário um estudo à luz do Direito Internacional Público e do Direito Interno, cedendo a devida atenção ao tema do Trabalho que trata da aplicação deste princípio quanto às normas da Organização Mundial do Comércio no ordenamento jurídico brasileiro e europeu, estabelecendo um paralelo no tocante a divergências e similaridades quanto a aplicação das normas internacionais nos respectivos blocos normativos.
The work proposed here aims to argue about the principle of direct effect, therefore it is necessary to a study in the light of international law and the internal law, giving due attention to the issue of work that deals with the application of this principle with regard to the Organization standards World Trade in the Brazilian and European law, establishing a parallel regarding the differences and similarities as to the application of international standards in its regulatory blocks.
