Com toda a evolução da sociedade, surgiram novos modos de olhar o mundo através das redes
sociais. Nesse sentido, a realidade surge como algo mediado e, por isso, evoluem conceitos que
outrora não seriam abraçados. Assim, o ecossistema Instagram vem demonstrar toda esta
evolução e, com a particularização da geração Z, conseguimos compreender quais as evoluções
e como enfrentamos o mundo.
Esta dissertação analisa o papel do Instagram na pré-mediação de experiências, mais
propriamente na Geração Z. O estudo utilizou uma metodologia exploratória uma vez que se
trata de um tema não só sobre comportamento humano, mas também da evolução constante de
uma plataforma digital. Deste modo, a técnica de investigação definida apresenta-se sob forma
de questionário.
Com esta dissertação tornou-se possível compreender o modo de utilização e os sentimentos,
tais como entusiasmo, segurança, tranquilidade, entre outros, que despoletavam o uso do
Instagram. Foi ainda possível verificar qual seria o impacto no quotidiano do Homem face a
esta pré-mediação, especificamente, nesta utilização por parte da geração Z e respetiva
intencionalidade da mesma.
With all the evolution of society, new ways of looking at the world through social networks have emerged. In this sense, reality emerges as something mediated and, therefore, concepts that would not be embraced once evolve. Therefore, the Instagram ecosystem demonstrates all this evolution and with the particularization of generation Z, we can understand what developments and how we face the world. This dissertation analyzes the role of Instagram in the pre-mediation of experiences, more specifically in Generation Z. The study used an exploratory methodology since it is a theme not only about human behavior but also the constant evolution of a digital platform. That being so, the defined research technique is presented as a questionnaire. With this dissertation, it became possible to understand the way of use and feelings, such as enthusiasm, security, tranquility, among others, that triggered the use of Instagram. It was also possible to verify the impact on man's daily life in the face of this pre-mediation, specifically, in this use by generation Z.
