O conceito de vinculação da criança à pessoa de referência além de ser um tema bastante complexo torna-se considerado fundamental durante a prestação de cuidados de enfermagem. Enquanto enfermeira encontro-me numa posição ideal para promover o vínculo seguro entre a pessoa de referência e a criança, e consequentemente despistar manifestações e/ou comportamentos da criança associados a um vínculo inseguro, o que facilitará a intervenção precoce nos cuidados prestados, a criação de estratégias para a parceria de cuidados entre as pessoas de referência/enfermeiro e a implementação de intervenções de enfermagem que promovam esse vínculo. Torna-se como objetivo principal deste relatório, adquirir competências EESIP, através da análise, da pesquisa sobre a temática da promoção da vinculação e através da reflexão e análise das atividades e do percurso desenvolvido nos diferentes contextos de estágio, nomeadamente, Unidade de Neonatologia, Urgência Pediátrica e Internamento Pediátrico. Como metodologia adotada, recorreu-se à metodologia de projeto, para definir objetivos específicos e posteriormente as atividades individuais a cada contexto (folhetos, pósteres, sessões de formação e recursos didáticos) após cada diagnóstico situacional estabelecido, visando sempre uma perspetiva de prestação de cuidados de enfermagem de excelência. O trabalho teórico de Kathryn E. Barnard sustentou todo o percurso de desenvolvimento de competências, quer ao nível dos processos de tomada de decisão como na fundamentação dos mesmos. Ao longo deste relatório estará contemplada uma análise minuciosa de todas as atividades desenvolvidas ao longo dos três contextos de estágio, como por exemplo, a elaboração de sessões para a saúde, pósteres, marcadores, atividades com as crianças: “caixinha os pais contam”, bem como a identificação das competências EESIP adquiridas em cada contexto do Estágio, com base na promoção da vinculação entre a criança/pessoa de referência.
The concept of a child's attachment to a primary caregiver is not only highly complex but also considered fundamental during the provision of nursing care. As a nurse, I find myself in an ideal position to promote a secure bond between the primary caregiver and the child. This allows me to identify manifestations and behaviors in the child associated with an insecure attachment, enabling early intervention in care, devising strategies for partnership in care between the primary caregiver/nurse, and implementing nursing interventions that foster this bond. The main objective of this report is to acquire Specialist Nurse in Child and Pediatric Health (SNCPH) competencies through analysis, research on the theme of attachment promotion, and reflection on the activities and experiences gained in various internship contexts, namely, Neonatology Unit, Pediatric Emergency, and Pediatric Inpatient Care. The methodology adopted involved project methodology to define specific objectives and subsequent activities tailored to each context (brochures, posters, training sessions, and didactic resources) following each situational diagnosis, always aiming for a perspective of providing excellent nursing care. Kathryn E. Barnard's theoretical work supported the entire skills development journey, both in decision-making processes and their justification. This report will include a detailed analysis of all activities carried out in the three internship contexts, such as the development of health sessions, posters, bookmarks, activities with children., "parent's storytelling box", as well as the identification of SNCPH competencies acquired in each internship context, based on the promotion of attachment between the child/primary caregiver.
